senior-level client relationship leader

who thrives on connection, trust, and long-term partnerships. Our Phoenix-based client (based in the West Valley) is a national, full-service creative and production firm with all capabilities handled in-house. They partner with a wide range of brands to develop strategic, design-driven physical environments that elevate brand presence and audience engagement. Known for imaginative thinking and high-quality execution, the company delivers custom solutions across multiple industries and platforms. With a collaborative culture and a reputation for pushing creative limits, the team supports projects that reach audiences nationwide and internationally. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Consultative Relationship Building

Serve as the main person of contact for clients, building trust through clear communication, follow-through, and genuine connection Own the day-to-day client experience, ensuring each partnership feels intentional, valued, and well cared for Anticipate client needs and proactively guide conversations before challenges arise Champion a Premium Client Experience

Position the work as high-value and worth the investment by aligning deliverables to each client’s success criteria Customize the client experience based on goals, expectations, and what “success” looks like to them Ensure every interaction reinforces a polished, thoughtful, and elevated brand experience Collaborate with internal design, production, and operations teams to help shape solutions that meet client objectives Help architect creative and logistical approaches that bring ideas to life in physical, real-world environments Act as the bridge between client vision and internal execution Know the Numbers (and the Why Behind Them)

Track project performance against KPIs, timelines, and profitability goals Maintain visibility into the financial health of assigned work and flag risks early Balance creative ambition with business realities to ensure sustainable success Build Trust That Lasts

Invest in long-term partnerships by delivering consistent results and thoughtful service Foster relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals Make clients feel like part of the family, not just another account WHAT YOU BRING

5-7+ years of experience managing high-touch client relationships in a creative, agency, production, or experiential environment A natural ability to build trust and rapport with clients Elevated communication style - you’re organized, thoughtful, and confident leading thoughtful and productive conversations Familiarity with project management tools like Basecamp, etc. A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment Comfort collaborating across creative, sales, and production teams A sense of ownership - you care deeply about outcomes, not just deliverables Ability to work on-site, M-F in a highly collaborative team environment This is a place where people stay and where relationships, both internal and external, truly matter.
