We're seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer to join our team at a top mortgage company in Florida. This position plays a dual role – supporting our corporate brand identity while serving as a dedicated design resource for our loan originators' marketing initiatives. You'll be the visual storyteller behind everything from polished corporate materials to personalized marketing campaigns that help our loan officers connect with clients and referral partners.
Responsibilities
Create a diverse range of materials including flyers and promotional materials, social media graphics and content, banners and signage, brochures and sales collateral, direct mail pieces and postcards, booklets and eBooks, infographics and data visualizations, advertisements across various platforms, and custom marketing materials for individual loan originators. Qualifications
Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across print and digital design Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Experience with Canva for efficient template creation and team collaboration Eye for typography, color theory, and layout principles Understanding of brand consistency across multiple touchpoints Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with varying deadlines Strong prioritization skills – ability to quickly assess urgency and importance Template creation mindset – value smart systems that enable speed without sacrificing quality Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating with various team members Comfortable working with requests from both marketing leadership and individual loan originators Ability to translate business objectives into compelling visual design Responsive communicator who can provide realistic timelines and updates Open to feedback and iteration while maintaining creative standards What Makes You Successful
