Role: Senior Web Application Developer

Location: Houston, TX

Pay Range: $150,000- $160,000 / year

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental and vision.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Web Application Developer to design, build, and maintain custom web applications and integration solutions that support complex business workflows and emerging AI-driven tools. This individual will play a key role in modernizing internal systems and creating scalable, high-impact solutions used across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom web applications supporting critical business processes
• Build and support integrations between internal systems, data platforms, and AI tools
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security across all applications
• Provide technical guidance and ownership across projects with minimal supervision

Technical Requirements

• Strong experience with JavaScript (DevExpress libraries preferred)
• Proficiency in TypeScript
• Experience with Python web development
• Hands-on experience with Streamlit
• Working knowledge of Snowflake and cloud-based data platforms

Experience & Soft Skills

• 10+ years of professional development experience required
• Experience working in complex, regulated, or industrial environments strongly preferred
• Background supporting data-driven or energy-related organizations is a strong plus
• Proven ability to work independently and manage projects end-to-end
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
