Role: Senior Web Application Developer Location : Houston, TX Pay Range: $150,000- $160,000 / year Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental and vision. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Web Application Developer to design, build, and maintain custom web applications and integration solutions that support complex business workflows and emerging AI-driven tools. This individual will play a key role in modernizing internal systems and creating scalable, high-impact solutions used across the organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain custom web applications supporting critical business processes Build and support integrations between internal systems, data platforms, and AI tools Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions Ensure performance, scalability, and security across all applications Provide technical guidance and ownership across projects with minimal supervision Technical Requirements Strong experience with JavaScript (DevExpress libraries preferred) Proficiency in TypeScript Experience with Python web development Hands-on experience with Streamlit Working knowledge of Snowflake and cloud-based data platforms Experience & Soft Skills 10+ years of professional development experience required Experience working in complex, regulated, or industrial environments strongly preferred Background supporting data-driven or energy-related organizations is a strong plus Proven ability to work independently and manage projects end-to-end Strong stakeholder management and communication skills This is an excellent opportunity for a senior-level developer who enjoys autonomy, ownership, and building solutions that directly impact business operations.
