????What can I expect from this role?

Posha is one of the rare robotics startups building production-grade consumer robots , with hundreds of units deployed in real homes . We’ve gone from 0 to $4M in pre-orders in the US and we are now looking for a leader to power our next phase of growth.

You would be working in the trenches with the founders for this role - building through our GTM and achieving $10M in pre-orders over the next 2 quarters.

????What will my work responsibilities look like if I join Posha?

In this role - you would:

  • Partnerships & Brand Growth
    • Own and execute Posha’s partnerships motion to tell great stories, working hands‑on with creators, communities, and aligned brands to shape how people perceive and adopt eating at home with Posha.
    • Build authentic, long‑term partner relationships (not one‑off sponsorships), ensuring partners genuinely use and believe in the product before telling the story.
    • Drive partnerships end‑to‑end — outreach, onboarding, activation, content coordination, and basic performance tracking and iterate quickly based on what works.
  • Demos & On‑Ground Brand Representation
    • Act as a primary face of Posha at demos, meetups, and community events, engaging directly with potential users and partners.
    • Travel to different cities to execute on‑ground demos, clearly explaining the product, its value, and how it fits into everyday home cooking.
