CNC 5 Axis Mill Machinist

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC 5-Axis Mill Machinist to join our 2nd shift team. This role requires advanced programming, setup, and machining capabilities to support the production of complex, high-precision componentsmany of which are used in aerospace applications. You will work with state-of-the-art multi-axis equipment and contribute to a fast-paced, quality-driven manufacturing environment. Responsibilities

Program and set up CNC machines based on print requirements and written instructions. Perform tool setting and 5-axis machining. Read blueprints and interpret GD&T. Organize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively. Work with various materials including plastics. Produce aerospace products with tolerances less than.0005 inches. Select and troubleshoot tooling and fixtures. Develop and document reliable processes. Utilize advanced inspection skills including micrometers, bore gauges, dial indicators, and CMM. Contribute positively to the teamwork environment, focusing on productivity, cooperation, data collection, and attitude. Essential Skills

Blueprint reading Machine operating Experience with Mazak, Haas Mill, Mazak Variaxis, Okuma MU4000/5000, Doosan DNM 5AX/DVF Mazatrol or CAD/CAM knowledge Strong computer skills Organizational skills Experience with aerospace products Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to perform complex setups independently Tool selection and work holding skills Programming in G-Code, Mazatrol, or Mastercam Experience with multi-axis CNC machines More than 10 years of machining experience, preferably in aerospace CNC Machining training or certification Experience running CMM programs Why Work Here?

This is a Permanent position based out of East Aurora, NY. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
