Base pay: $28.00/hr - $30.00/hr. Pay range provided by Rand Machine Products.
Job Overview Premier Aerospace NY dba Everfab is a leading precision manufacturer in the East Aurora area for over 45 years. We are looking for skilled individuals to machine high precision parts for our customers.
Responsibilities
Program and set up CNC machines based on print requirements and written instructions.
Read and understand blueprints, specifications, and written instructions.
Maintain tight tolerances and work with different types of materials.
Use measuring tools including micrometers, bore gauges, etc.
Document work with attention to detail and accuracy.
Contribute positively to team environment in terms of productivity, cooperation, data collection, and attitude.
Qualifications
5-7 years of experience with Mazak CNC 5-axis Mills.
Programming and setup of CNC machines based on print requirements and written instructions.
Knowledge of Mazatrol, G-code; understanding of Mastercam is a plus.
Documentation with attention to detail and accuracy.
Read and understand blueprints, specifications and written instructions.
Able to hold tight tolerances.
Experience working with different types of materials.
Use of measuring tools including micrometers, bore gauges, etc.
Positive team contribution with productivity, cooperation, data collection, and attitude.
