Seasonal role, expected to last 2 to 4 months. Responsibilities: Fielding initial calls from customers. Handwriting customer information to pass along to CSRs. Provide customer with general information including pricing. Desired Background/Skills: Looking for any type of customer service experience (retail workers welcome!) Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have basic math skills and neat handwriting. This role requires proficiency in English to complete documentation and follow safety instructions.
