CoWorx is seeking Customer Service Reps for a seasonal opportunity in Northborough, MA. This position will be responsible for taking 50-60 calls per day and entering customer information into the database and giving out quotes for services as well as handling any escalations. Project expected to last 3+ months! In office position.
