Utility Worker
In this role, you will be trained by our team to ensure your success. You will be involved in gathering and moving materials to and from the production line, ensuring the quality of finished products, and continuously understanding the manufacturing process. Expect a collaborative environment where you will work in groups of 3-4 experienced individuals, learning to perform daily manufacturing roles. Responsibilities: Gather and move materials to and from the production line. Ensure the quality of finished products. Participate in continuous training and understand the manufacturing process. Monitor machine operations. Essential Skills: Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Experience working a 2nd or 3rd shift. Ability to be a team player with strong collaboration skills. High School Diploma. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Experience working off a work order. Experience in any type of industrial environment. Machine operating experience can lead to higher pay rates and positions. Why Work Here?
