Customer Service Rep

We're looking for a friendly and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Snellville, United States. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support. Responsibilities include: Answering incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner Resolving customer issues and complaints with patience and empathy Processing orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficiently Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records in our CRM system Identifying and escalating complex issues to appropriate team members or management Providing feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards Qualifications include: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers Patience and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations Efficient time management and multitasking capabilities Proficiency in basic computer skills, including typing and data entry Experience with customer service software (CRM) preferred Previous customer service experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, and hand tasks.
