Job Title
Provide administrative and operational support to Commercial Lenders (C&I, CRE, and/or Ag lending) Prepare and assemble loan documentation, including loan agreements, renewals, modifications, and extensions Assist with loan closings by coordinating documentation, collecting required information, and ensuring compliance with bank policies Maintain accurate and complete credit files, including financial statements, spreads, covenants, and ticklers Order and track appraisals, environmental reports, title work, and UCC filings Perform post-closing activities, including document review and loan boarding support Communicate with clients, lenders, credit, and operations teams to ensure timely loan processing Monitor loan covenants, maturities, and exceptions Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred 2+ years of experience in commercial banking, loan administration, or lending support preferred Working knowledge of commercial loan documentation and processes (C&I, CRE, and/or Ag) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and banking systems Strong written and verbal communication skills For more details or to apply confidentially, contact Tanner Stark at 417.590.8249 or email tanner.stark@gogpac.com All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
