Job Summary:
Architect and execute global client service plans Establish standards and best practices in line with client risk management philosophy Provide initial market entry and compliance analyses and executes renewal process Serve as an experienced, senior coverage expert across all lines of business Accountable for all elements of program design, placement and service execution Identify opportunities to create synergies and reduce frictional costs of global programs Articulate in Lockton's global capabilities, value proposition and differentiators Analyze exposures and identify risks, inconsistencies, and accuracy of reported data Create timely and accurate submissions, initial quote comparisons, and coverage reviews Build and maintain relationships with Country Managers, underwriting partners, and service teams, providing feedback on service quality, performance and personnel changes Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Insurance and Risk Management or related field preferred Minimum of three (3) years of related commercial, underwriting, or risk management experience Prior international brokerage and/or client services experience strongly preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Professional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of associates/clients Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work within high-pressure time constraint Effective critical thinker with the ability to resolve complex client service issues Technical aptitude with the ability to learn systems and processes quickly Willingness to travel and work outside of normal business hours, as needed Legally able to work in the United States
