Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse shelves using order sheets or scanning devices.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring they are protected during transit.
- Stage picked orders in designated areas for quality control and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized picking path and work area.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all Safety guidelines and consistently wear appropriate PPE.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damages to your supervisor immediately.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts as required.
- Contribute to team efforts to meet daily shipping deadlines.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role.
- Ability to perform repetitive Lifting and bending.
- Familiarity with warehouse procedures and Logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Good stamina and ability to be on your feet for extended periods.
- Commitment to workplace Safety.
