Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using a handheld scanner.
- Verify product information and quantities before packing.
- Stage orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and organization.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment, including proper use of PPE .
- Understanding of logistics operations is beneficial.
