Order Picker

Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated Order Pickers to join our efficient distribution center in Orlando, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment. You will use picking equipment and technology to locate and retrieve items from warehouse shelves, ensuring order accuracy and completeness. This position requires attention to detail, speed, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. As an Order Picker, you are a vital link in our Logistics chain. You will be required to perform frequent Lifting and wear all necessary PPE . Adherence to all Safety guidelines is mandatory.
Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick customer orders based on pick lists or scanner data.
• Locate items in various areas of the warehouse.
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and product descriptions for accuracy.
• Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
• Stage orders for shipping and assist with loading trucks.
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other manual equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
• Wear all required PPE , such as safety vests, gloves, and safety shoes.
• Demonstrated ability in Lifting and moving packages up to 50 lbs.
• Follow all instructions from supervisors and team leads.
• Contribute to meeting daily order fulfillment goals.
• Understand basic warehouse operations and Logistics flow.
• Perform inventory cycle counts as needed.
• Report any damaged products or inventory discrepancies.
