Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order tickets.
• Use handheld scanners to track inventory and confirm order accuracy.
• Package items securely for shipment, ensuring no damage occurs during transit.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Perform regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily picking goals.
• Demonstrate proficiency in material handling techniques.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand order forms and item numbers.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with physical demands, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to wear required PPE , including safety shoes and vests.
• Understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory management principles.
• Commitment to workplace safety .
