Job Summary:
Become an integral part of our operations in St. Louis, Missouri as an Order Picker. Prior experience in order picking or a similar warehouse role is beneficial. Ability to read and understand order instructions. Must be able to perform tasks involving standing, walking, bending, and occasional Lifting up to 40 lbs. Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Understanding of basic warehouse Logistics and inventory control. A strong commitment to workplace safety and accuracy is essential. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team. - Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Stage picked orders for quality assurance and shipping.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring aisles are clear.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Properly use and maintain required PPE , such as safety vests and gloves.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damages to a supervisor.
- Meet established productivity and accuracy targets for order fulfillment.
