Offering premium pay of $42/hr for the first 60 days. Night shift. Full‑time conversion bonus and great benefits after 60 days.
As a Regional RN you will provide workforce support to assigned centers within the region, render skilled technical nursing services to residents, and supervise CNAs to ensure a high quality of care.

Responsibilities
Receive patient/resident status report from previous shift and communicate to the oncoming shift.
Perform physical rounds in assigned area, assess quality of care, intervene with provision of care, and interact with caregivers and patients/residents.
Provide direct care according to nursing responsibilities, assess conditions, communicate with attending physicians/practitioners, and carry out nursing functions.
Assist in establishing a plan of care based on patient needs and physician orders.
Participate as a member of the interdisciplinary care team.
Accurately document patient/resident condition, assessments, communication, and care provided.
Directly provide or supervise other care providers (medication pass, nursing care, documentation, treatments).
Evaluate performance of nurses, nursing assistants, and trained medication aides; provide coaching and discipline as needed.
Assess and monitor to verify that patient/resident needs are met and that policies and procedures are followed.
Respond and coordinate actions in emergency situations.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing Services.
Assist with Continuous Quality Improvement Program initiatives.
Ensure safe work practices are followed.
Provide empathetic communication to families, patients/residents regarding changes in condition and respond to care concerns, ensuring resident rights are respected.
Travel to any center within the region/company.
Be available to work overtime up to double shifts.
Qualifications
Current license as an RN by the State Board of Nursing.
Ability to lead and motivate subordinates.
Capacity to perform a variety of duties with frequent change; work schedule will change daily.
Ability to work intimately with residents, physicians, and staff.
Experience in the long‑term care setting preferred.
Ability to work to prescribed nursing standards.
Good interpersonal and communication skills; interest in providing service.
