Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Officer located in TX with flexibility for remote work. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will play a critical role in assisting clients in purchasing or refinancing a home or property. Responsibilities include generating mortgage loans, conducting property inspections, evaluating credit reports, advising clients on financing options, and ensuring compliance with mortgage regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer

Demonstrated knowledge of mortgage loan processing, underwriting, and closing procedures

Proven ability to generate new business and maintain strong client relationships

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must have Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) State License

Experience with mortgage loan software, such as Encompass or Calyx, is a plus
