Client Benefits Specialist , you'll be the go-to expert for guiding individuals and organizations through their benefits plans—ensuring clarity, confidence, and satisfaction every step of the way. What You’ll Do:
Benefits Guidance
– Help clients understand, navigate, and optimize their employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, retirement, and wellness programs. Client Support
– Provide responsive, empathetic service—resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and delivering expert solutions. Plan Administration
– Assist in the day-to-day management of benefits plans, from enrollments and claims to renewals and reporting. Client Relationship Management
– Build trust and long-term partnerships by being a reliable advisor clients can count on. Education & Communication
– Create and deliver clear, engaging benefits education materials to empower clients and their teams. What You Bring:
