Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, onboarding, and support. Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their goals and needs. Ensure clients are successfully using products/services and provide ongoing guidance. Resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically, escalating when needed. Monitor client engagement and satisfaction, and take proactive steps to improve retention. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, support) to deliver a seamless customer experience.
