Job Summary This position involves performing basic multi-craft maintenance tasks on buildings, equipment, and systems—including electrical, HVAC, and plumbing—plus general construction and fabrication work.
Responsibilities
Perform basic installation, repair, and replacement of components of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Perform general maintenance and upkeep of buildings; inspect assigned buildings, fixtures, mechanical equipment, machines, and other structural components.
Transport tools, equipment, and personnel to and from the job site.
Obtain required equipment and supplies to complete assignments.
May coordinate contractor service delivery.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Educational Requirements:
High school diploma, GED Certificate, or Vocational School Diploma.
Required Experience:
Two to three years of job‑related experience.
Skills:
Ability to operate hand/power tools, motor vehicles (including forklifts), and hydraulic/pneumatic equipment; basic knowledge of equipment maintenance, repair, and construction support; use of specialized computer applications may be required.
Pay Range $17.98 - $24.45 per hour.
Schedule and Location Wednesday through Sunday (2nd shift: 3 p.m. – 12 a.m.) Location: Atlanta, GA

This position does not require a purchasing card (P‑Card).
This position does not require a security clearance.
