The Cell Therapy Account Specialist is responsible for representing the portfolio of cutting-edge products and services to a defined customer base, generating and growing sales while achieving sales targets within a specific geographic area. Responsibilities
Skilled at navigating complex account ecosystems, identifying the unique needs and challenges of diverse stakeholders across all levels, and seamlessly connecting them with the right internal experts for tailored support. Delivers timely, actionable insights to cross-functional teams by capturing feedback and trends from healthcare professional (HCP) interactions—helping anticipate shifts in the therapeutic landscape and inform strategic decisions. Transforms market intelligence into strategic action, crafting and confidently executing account-specific business plans that align with customer priorities and drive corporate objectives. Collaborates across internal teams and external partners, contributing to cross-functional initiatives and co-promotional efforts that enhance engagement and maximize value for key accounts and physicians. Strict compliance with all regulatory agencies, state, and federal law is required. Adheres to company policies, procedures and business ethics. Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college or university 4+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech specialty sales experience in oncology, or rare disease Consistent top-performer, with a track record of exceeding sales targets in competitive specialty environments—driven by strategic execution and customer-centric solutions. Experienced in managing complex, high-value accounts, leveraging strategic planning, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful results. Desired Requirements
