Job Details Our up‑market Commercial team works with exciting growing organizations. You will engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the Salesforce Customer 360 platform, build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and C‑suite decision makers, and help customers realize value from their Salesforce investments.

Day to Day Commercial Account Executives engage with existing customers and new leads, build trusted relationships, and help customers realize value from Salesforce investments. You will develop opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting.

Responsibilities

Develop key stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.

Develop and drive the overall long‑term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives.

Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs.

Perform account planning and coordinate with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment.

Share Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers.

Drive growth within an existing assigned account.

Preferred Qualifications

Average of 5–10 years of full‑cycle sales experience, with at least 3 years in the SaaS field.

Proven experience managing existing customer accounts to drive upsell/cross‑sell opportunities, or experience acquiring new logo accounts (Hunter role).

Ability to build and deliver presentations to customers.

Ability to strategize with a large extended team.

Experience evaluated based on core competencies such as extracurricular leadership, military experience, volunteer roles, and work experience.

For New York‑based roles, the base salary range is $85,300–$231,200. For California- and Illinois‑based roles, the base salary range is also $85,300–$231,200.
