What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Assist customers in reserving the best storage unit to meet their needs
Provide exceptional customer service and support over the phone
Collaborate with a close-knit team to maximize monthly commissions
Engage with customers who reach out with storage needs, avoiding cold calling
Participate in training and coaching to enhance sales skills and career growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or customer service
Ability to connect effectively with customers over the phone
Proficient in using Microsoft Windows applications
High school diploma or GED required
Must pass background and drug screening
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in a sales-focused role
Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service
Familiarity with remote work environments
