Assist customers by reserving the most suitable storage units for their needs
Provide exceptional customer service over the phone
Collaborate with a close-knit team to maximize monthly commissions
Engage with customers who are reaching out for assistance, avoiding cold calling
Maintain proficiency in using Microsoft Windows applications
Qualifications
Experience in sales or customer service
Ability to connect effectively over the phone
Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications
High school diploma or GED
Must pass background and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar sales or customer service role
Ability to work some weekends
