Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in selecting perfumes, cosmetics, and related beauty products. Provide knowledgeable advice on product features, fragrance notes, skincare/makeup usage, and recommendations based on customer preferences. Achieve individual and store sales targets. Maintain product displays, testers, stock levels, and overall store appearance. Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Process transactions accurately using POS systems. Stay updated with the latest fragrance launches, beauty trends, and promotions. Requirements
3–5 years of proven experience in retail sales, preferably in perfumes, cosmetics, or luxury beauty products. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and Arabic. Presentable, professional, and customer‑focused. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Seniority level
