Position Summary Entry‑level position in which the primary responsibility is collections of early‑stage delinquent accounts in the Extended Credit portfolio within a regional business unit. The position will be responsible for directing and coordinating EC collections; evaluating, recommending and implementing solutions to resolve delinquency issues; and promoting and marketing Credit Sales programs to franchisees and customers, while preparing for the potential role of an Associate Account Manager.
Responsibilities
Collection of EC accounts to achieve established Corporate/Regional goals
Extensive phone contact collecting on active delinquent accounts
Coordinate collection efforts with Franchisee network
Coordinate product return with Account Managers/Senior Account Manager
Report and consult with management on major issues
Achieve assigned delinquency/loss goals and metrics
Answer field and customer questions
Resolve credit/payment problems
Assist in promoting Credit Sales programs and promotions
Qualifications
High school diploma.
2 years customer service or collections preferred.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
