We seek a strategic, results-driven Account Manager to lead client relationships and ensure client success. This role involves acting as the primary liaison for top clients, collaborating with internal teams (Finance, Creative, Technology, Merchandising, Customer Experience), and delivering tailored solutions that surpass expectations. Responsibilities include developing program communications, analyzing data for insights, managing projects, understanding technical solutions, and process improvements.
This role is Hybrid, based in uptown Charlotte, NC.
Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as the main contact for key clients, ensuring seamless communication and service.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions.
Create engaging program communications and promotions to boost participation and performance.
Analyze program data for accuracy and actionable insights.
Lead client projects from requirement gathering to execution.
Understand Xceleration’s technical solutions and work with the technical team on initiatives.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Manage program budgets and coordinate with Finance for invoicing and reporting.
Guide Customer Service Professionals to effectively address participant inquiries.
Prepare and deliver presentations on program performance and recommendations.
Desired Skills and Experience:
2–4 years of experience in a relationship management role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with senior leaders in large organizations.
Ability to understand client needs and propose innovative solutions.
Proven project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SQL.
