This position works Remote in the Abbott Heart Failure, Acelis Connected Health business. Our Heart Failure solutions address some of the World’s greatest healthcare challenges. Role:

Enterprise Account Manager, INR. You will be responsible for growing our INR home monitoring for patients on warfarin, and digital business, in large, complex healthcare systems. What You’ll Work On

The following reflects management’s essential functions but does not restrict other duties. Management may assign duties and responsibilities as needed.

Grow the assigned IDNs and large volume Regional Accounts.

Masters a top-down sales approach to drive adoption throughout large health systems.

Engage with C-Suite and align the service offering with their strategic vision.

Drive overall growth for the assigned territory by meeting or exceeding New Prescription and New Active goals.

Identify key influencers and decision-makers within target accounts; establish executive/corporate level relationships to drive system-wide adoption (e.g., IDN/health systems, high-volume anticoagulation clinics, hospitals).

Focus on adoption and penetration within targeted accounts; conduct quarterly business reviews with key IDN/health systems to reinforce value proposition and identify incremental opportunities.

Coordinate regular meetings with Abbott internal support teams to leverage resources and capabilities.

Guide professional clinical organizations to a new modality of care using implementation guidelines for patient self-testing.

Manage the sales cycle to understand customer needs and move swiftly toward customer goals.

Initiate clinical, evidence-based and business-based sales conversations regarding Acelis Connected Health offerings.

Provide consultative insight into professional practices using data management; use operating systems and tools effectively (e.g., Salesforce.com, Concur, ADP Timesaver).

Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Clinical/Training, Operations to plan growth initiatives.

Coordinate Acelis Connected Health clinical staff and trainers with key accounts as needed.

Provide professional consultative reports and patient educational resources; develop relationships with key customers.

Use sales and negotiation experience to overcome barriers to adoption and expand INR program development.

Provide product demonstrations as needed; maintain professional relationships with partners and teammates.

Follow regulatory policies, privacy and security standards in accordance with government agencies including HIPAA.

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree

7+ years of relevant work experience, including 1-3 years in sales to healthcare executives

2-5 years of complex selling and negotiation experience

Travel of 50% or more; must live within the designated region and near a major airport

Seven plus years of related sales experience in Medical Device, DME, or Pharmaceutical

Applicable experience with Acelis Connected Health or Abbott

Ability to make decisions following company procedures and governmental guidelines

Ability to organize and complete work within deadlines

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Willingness to attend job-related courses and seminars as required

Ability to travel as required

Preferred Qualifications Experience with travel requirements (50%+)

Experience with MS Windows, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel

Experience with Salesforce.com

Detail-oriented, persuasive and influential

Strong sales skills and aptitude; professional demeanor via phone and in person

Strong verbal and written communication; good organization/time management; strong human relations skills
