Enterprise Account Manager, INR - East at Abbott. This position works Remote in the Abbott Heart Failure, Acelis Connected Health business. Abbott is a global healthcare leader with a portfolio spanning diagnostics, medical devices, nutritionals and branded generic medicines. Note:

This is not an active open requisition. Abbott is building a candidate slate for a future opening. Responsibilities

Responsible for the growth of assigned IDNs and large volume regional accounts. Masters “top-down” sales approach to drive adoption throughout large health systems. Engages with C-Suite and aligns Abbott services with their strategic vision. Ensure overall growth for assigned territory by meeting or exceeding defined New Prescription and New Active goals. Identify key influencers and decision-makers within target accounts and establish executive/corporate level relationships to drive system-wide adoption. Accounts may include IDN/health systems (large, enterprise-wide sales), high volume anticoagulation clinics, and targeted hospitals. Conduct quarterly business reviews with key IDN/health systems and accounts to reinforce value proposition and identify incremental opportunities. Coordinate with Abbott internal support teams to leverage resources and capabilities. Guide professional clinical organizations to a new modality of care using implementation guidelines for patient self-testing. Manage the sales cycle to help customers understand needs and move toward achieving customer goals for successful outcomes. Initiate clinical, evidence-based, and business-based sales conversations with all customer call points regarding Acelis Connected Health services. Provide consultative insight into professional practices and efficiencies using data management. Demonstrate proficiency with operating systems (including Salesforce.com, Concur, ADP Timesaver). Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Clinical/Training, Operations to plan growth initiatives; coordinate with clinical staff and trainers as needed. Provide professional consultative reports to build collaborative, results-oriented relationships with key customers and patient education resources. Utilize sales and negotiating experience to overcome adoption barriers, resulting in INR program development and expansion. Provide simple product demonstrations as needed and maintain professional relationships with partners and teammates. Follow regulatory policies and privacy standards (HIPAA) and participate in ongoing training. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree 7+ years of relevant experience, including 1-3 years selling to healthcare executive decision-makers 2-5 years of complex selling and negotiation experience Travel 50% or more; must live within the designated region and near a major airport 7+ years in Medical Device, DME, or Pharmaceutical sales Applicable experience with Acelis Connected Health or Abbott Ability to make decisions within company procedures and governmental guidelines Strong time management and ability to work independently or as part of a team Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills Willingness to attend job-related courses and seminars Ability to travel as required Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications

Experience with travel (50% travel) Proficiency with MS Office (Windows, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) Experience with Salesforce.com Detail-oriented, persuasive, and influential Strong sales skills, professional demeanor, and strong written/verbal communication Strong time management and organizational skills Human relations skills Compensation and Benefits

The base pay for this position is $97,300.00 – $194,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
