We are looking for a
Sales Operations Specialist
to join

Accurately process customer orders in SAP, ensuring timely and precise fulfillment. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, delivering exceptional service and product knowledge. Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports; process and enter quotes and sales data in SAP and other systems. Own Master Data Management across systems by maintaining and updating accurate customer records. Collaborate with production, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely delivery of products. Work closely with the Logistics Supervisor to facilitate optimal truck traffic flow. Generate and analyze sales reports, identify trends, and assist with sales forecasting. Support the daily billing and invoicing process by coordinating input from plants, customers, distributors, and internal teams. Address and resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary. Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and managing calendars. Assist with insurance certificates, customer purchase orders, and vendor packages. Oversee both incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Review disputed invoices, support collections and account reviews, and reconcile POs with invoices for key accounts. Monitor receivables and follow up on overdue payments to ensure timely collection. Provide backup assistance to the logistics supervisor by coordinating transport schedules and resolving delivery issues. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related fields More than 4 years of experience in the relevant field Strong knowledge of MS Office Very good command of English SAP- Budget, Pricing, Purchasing Outlook- Calendar and Email management Computer skills, including the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet, and word-processing programs and email at a highly proficient level Candidates should already possess valid residence, and work permits for employment within the country.
