Overview

Managed Services, District Channel Manager at ADP. This role is responsible for executing a comprehensive strategic plan to drive U.S. Enterprise Payroll product sales through the field sales organization, collaborating with Field Sales and Channel Marketing to drive sales within the assigned Division and/or Area. The Practice Leader provides sales support for division/area sales leadership with product education, measurement, and performance. Results will be measured by performance against targets for areas of responsibility. Responsibilities

Execute the product sales strategy for field sales. Drive sales in the geographic area of responsibility to meet assigned product sales quotas. Act as the product liaison to Marketing and as the sales liaison to Product. Ensure the implementation and execution of marketing and opportunity identification programs. Assist in the creation of sales messaging deployment and coordinate product sales education and training efforts. Create and deploy industry knowledge within the geographic area of responsibility. Travel to different geographic areas to participate in joint end-user calls as the ADP channel sales liaison. Report market information on competitors’ channel activities, pricing awareness, sales inhibitors, and field successes. Interface between sales management and other ADP groups (field sales, training, tele sales, operations, marketing, etc.). Drive involvement of channel partners in the sales process with leadership through periodic reviews focusing on activity standards, referral activity, inbound/outbound lead flow, partner updates, and campaigns. Provide progress updates to senior sales leadership. Travel approximately 20% with overnight stays. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Required

5+ years of experience in a product or channel marketing position or field sales management in a wide geographic area. Knowledge of the U.S. Payroll market. Knowledge of ADP Payroll products. Preferred Qualifications

A college degree is helpful but not required; the ability to do the job is more important. Experience in business services and/or business software. Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills. Ability to conceptualize, negotiate, and sell ideas internally and externally. Ability to generate and implement concepts, ideas, and plans in a flexible, changing environment. Strong teamwork skills. Additional Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on a sales quota; demonstrated ability to exceed quotas. Business-to-business experience in HCM, payroll, HR solutions, HRBPO or talent management. Goal-oriented with drive to reach and exceed quotas. Strong cold-calling ability with a persistent, assertive style. Proven customer service and relationship-building skills. Effective communication across all mediums; strong sales skills and product knowledge. Organized with good time management; able to work independently and in a team. General business acumen; mature, self-confident, and able to work under pressure. Commitment to building a career path. Compensation and Benefits

The base salary offers for this position vary by location, skills, and experience. Some roles include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $78,800.00 - USD $170,400.00 per year. Actual compensation will comply with applicable wage laws. About ADP
