What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Drive customer outcomes and value through various engagement strategies

Own renewal outcomes for a large customer portfolio, including forecasting and contract negotiation

Empower customers to become self-sufficient champions of the employer's platform

Monitor customer health and lifecycle signals to trigger proactive interventions

Design and execute scaled engagement programs to enhance product adoption and value

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Customer Success role with direct renewal ownership

Strong commitment to customer success and advocacy

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Self-motivated with the ability to navigate a dynamic work environment

Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, Google Suite, Zendesk, or Tableau is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in Cybersecurity or Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) is preferred

Proven ability to balance competing priorities and make strategic decisions
