What You Will Do
Delve into company data, analyze financials, assess pricing frameworks, and benchmark sales achievements against targets. Identify actionable opportunities to enhance performance, achieve targets, and drive business growth through meticulous data collection, analysis, and interpretation. In close collaboration with sales managers, craft accurate sales forecast and align client delivery timelines.
Responsible for maintaining Company’s master sales dataset, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability. Promptly identify and rectify any inconsistencies/discrepancies in sales data. Generate insightful and actionable reports to drive performance improvements.
Systematically gather sales data from internal and external sources. Utilize creative charts, graphs, and tables to visually articulate sales trends and performance to stakeholders.
Translate intricate sales data into actionable insights and understandable narratives for various audiences based on in‑depth analysis of sales data to discern patterns, trends, and potential areas of concern.
Creates and presents clear and concise reports to department heads, management, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment to sales strategy. Offer data‑driven recommendations to influence sales strategies and initiatives. Collaborate cross‑functionally to define business objectives and develop corresponding sales tactics.
Continually seek out and implement advanced techniques for data gathering and analysis, ensuring the Company remains at the forefront of sales data analytics. Design, update, and optimize procedural manuals for all departments, to deliver a streamlined and consistent approach to sales data management.
Performs other job‑related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analysis, or related field and 3+ years of work experience. Must be 21 years of age or older.
Knowledge of: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.
Skilled in: Data analysis tools and software; Oral and written communication; Presentation skills; Analytical thinking; Problem/situation analysis; Effective time and task management; Flexibility and adaptability.
Ability to: Plan, organize, prioritize, and manage multiple priorities; Work independently and within a team setting; Maintain effective working relationships.
Work Environment and Physical Demand
Requires light physical effort. Occasionally lifts or moves light objects (under 10 lbs.).
Walks, sits, or stands for prolonged periods.
Requires prolonged machine operation including computer and keyboard equipment as well as use of manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
