Inside Insurance Sales Agent
We’re looking for a high-performing Inside Insurance Sales Agent to join an expanding team in the Kansas City metro area. This role is ideal for driven sales professionals with a proven track record in property and casualty insurance who thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑focused environment.
You’ll be part of a talented, motivated group of insurance experts working to provide exceptional protection and service to property owners nationwide. The team is known for its excellence, energy, and dedication to results — and are ready to welcome another standout performer.
Direct Hire - Full Time Overland Park, KS - Corporate Woods 4 days in office, 1 day remote
Responsibilities
Build relationships with customers and match them with the right insurance coverage for their needs.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead engagement to policy close (inbound leads only – no outbound prospecting).
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers receive exceptional service.
Use technology-driven tools to streamline quoting, applications, and client communication.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly performance goals.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role.
Comfortable with digital tools, CRM systems, and data-driven sales methods.
Self‑motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive with strong communication skills.
Fast learner for a quick paced environment.
Salary: $60,000 base + uncapped commission
