We’re seeking a vibrant, driven, and self‑motivated individual to join our Washington Team as an Account Manager, based in or near Spokane, WA. Account Managers work on a full‑time, exempt, W‑2 basis, typically traveling within a 100‑mile radius of their home. This role averages 40+ hours per week and includes eligibility for gas reimbursements, and medical, dental, and vision benefits (following a waiting period).

What You’ll Do As an Account Manager, you will be the face of the Rove brand to our valued customers and in‑market partners throughout Eastern Washington. By educating customers about our brands and products, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your profile in the rapidly expanding Washington cannabis market and gain valuable sales and marketing experience by attending industry events, networking with local leaders, and using your charisma to champion Rove across Spokane and surrounding areas.
The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, a genuine passion for Rove’s products, and a willingness to learn from our Sales & Marketing team.
Only applicants based in the Spokane metropolitan area will be considered.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop customer success strategies that drive sales and growth within existing accounts.
Make cold calls and reach out to dispensaries and delivery services across your region.
Execute vendor days and promotional events by educating customers on Rove’s products, ethos, and services.
Recommend promotional strategies to dispensaries and retail partners to ensure strong brand presence.
Manage event materials, display kits, and visual merchandising as needed.
Conduct product inventory counts at dispensaries and customer locations.
Represent Rove’s brand values and mission in all interactions.
Build and foster long‑term relationships with retail buyers and staff.
Develop regional sales and marketing strategies to meet or exceed quotas.
Stay informed about company offerings and industry trends.
Address and resolve customer needs efficiently.
Use CRM software to maintain accurate records of all activity.
Exhibit deep product knowledge and enthusiasm for Rove products.

Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends (with notice).
Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds and perform manual setup for events.
Qualifications
Must be
21 years or older .
1–3 years
of experience in account management and/or outside sales preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Ambitious, self‑motivated, and integrity‑driven.
Proven problem‑solving and adaptability skills.
Able to work independently with strong follow‑through.
Must have a
valid driver’s license
and a
reliable vehicle
for daily travel.
Compensation
Salary Range:
$60,000–$70,000 annually (depending on experience)
Bonus/Commission:
Up to 20% of base salary
