Counter Sales , you will be the "face of the retail store," assisting customers with their automotive needs. Prior automotive repair skills are not required, but a background in automotive parts is preferred. This role offers opportunities for career growth, whether full-time, part-time, or as a stepping stone to other positions within the company.
What You Will Be Doing
Providing auto parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone
Assisting team members with customer questions using your parts knowledge
Delivering outstanding customer service and engagement
Maintaining a high-energy, customer-focused environment
Welcoming customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Using technology such as computers, cash registers, and catalogs
Who We Are Looking For
Individuals who enjoy helping customers with auto parts and questions
Experience in automotive or related tinkering/repair, or willingness to learn
Great communication skills and a customer-centric attitude
High school diploma or GED; technical/trade education is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Passion or background in automotive, heavy equipment, marine, or dealership industries
Experience with cataloging or inventory systems
ASE Certifications (preferred but not required)
