This is a newly created, essential role for a growth-focused organization. For a career-minded Lead Generation Specialist, this role offers the chance to establish and own internal processes that will directly fuel the company's planned expansion into new markets like Louisville or Cincinnati.

Professional, Low‑Risk Environment: B2B prospecting, not direct retail sales. You'll be promoting industry leadership to commercial, industrial, and institutional clients.

Growth Trajectory: The owner is focused on organic and regional growth, providing an exciting, forward‑looking atmosphere.

Team Structure: A valued member of the sales function, collaborating closely with a four‑person team consisting of 2 Sales Managers and 2 Sales Representatives.

Tools: Leveraging a prospect database, basic computer skills, and transition to a new CRM software platform.

Culture & Location The culture is collaborative, fun, and professional, with a strong focus on employee well‑being and input. This full‑time, in‑office position (M‑F, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) is located at their newly renovated office near Beach Grove, right off I‑465 in Indianapolis. Dress is office casual.

What You'll Be Doing

Prospecting: Proactively reaching out to B2B prospects using a database to generate interest and quality leads for the Sales Team.

Process Development: Developing and implementing an internal process to nurture leads for new business and increase market penetration.

Company Promotion: Promoting our client as the industry leader to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.

Requirements

Proven experience in a related field such as Customer Service, Inside Sales, or Telemarketing.

A hard‑working, self‑motivated individual with a positive attitude, results‑driven mindset, and confidence.

Strong communication and rapport‑building skills.

Disciplined, with the ability to work independently and self‑manage efforts.

Basic computer and written skills for CRM notations.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range:

$40,000 - $60,000

base salary, plus an incentive bonus tied to the success generated by your efforts.
