The Role Worka Sales Representative
Worka currently has several openings for Inside Sales Representatives working within our Global Sales Teams. The key purpose of this role is to handle incoming and outgoing calls, chats or emails to present our products, workspaces, and services to our new and existing customers to help them find the right solution for their business.
Key responsibilities
Proactively reaching out to all workspace enquiries Worka receives
Qualification of enquiries by understanding the company and requirement
Propose and book tours based on company needs and available operators in the Worka network
Client follow up at pre/post viewing stages
Guide customer to a decision-making point and ensure a deal is closed with one of the operators
Work closely together with the Worka sales managers in the Field
Develop key commercial relationships with the operators over the phone
Staying connected with operators throughout the post deal cycle to successfully close deals
Responsible for hitting daily KPIs, including call and deal targets
Planning time effectively to prioritize development of target sales
Can work through volume workstreams to balance busy periods
What you'll bring We're seeking dynamic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have:
Education : High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related fields is a plus)
Experience : a minimum of 2 years of experience in an inside sales, customer service or business development role
Skills
Native Speaker: Fluent in the local language and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
Eagerness to learn and develop yourself
Confidence in using CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics) and basic office software
Customer-focused mindset and a goal-oriented approach
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast pacing environment
Pay $16.50 Hourly, $45-$55K avg total comp.
