Worka has several openings for Inside Sales Representatives within our Global Sales Teams. The key purpose of this role is to handle incoming and outgoing calls, chats and emails to present our products, workspaces and services to new and existing customers and help them find the right solution for their business. Key Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to all workspace enquiries Worka receives Qualify enquiries by understanding the company and its requirements Propose and book tours based on company needs and available operators in the Worka network Follow up with clients at pre‑and post‑viewing stages Guide customers to a decision‑making point and ensure a deal is closed with one of the operators Work closely with the Worka sales managers in the field Develop key commercial relationships with operators over the phone Stay connected with operators throughout the post‑deal cycle to successfully close deals Hit daily KPIs, including call and deal targets Plan time effectively to prioritize the development of target sales Handle volume workstreams to balance busy periods What You’ll Bring
We’re seeking dynamic individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment. The ideal candidate will have: Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related fields is a plus) Experience: A minimum of 2 years in an inside sales, customer service or business development role Skills:
Native speaker: Fluent in the local language and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong listening and problem‑solving abilities Eagerness to learn and develop oneself Confidence in using CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics) and basic office software Customer‑focused mindset and a goal‑oriented approach Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
Pay: $16.50 per hour, $45‑$55K average total compensation Seniority level
