Sales and Service Specialist
– Full‑time (≈40 hrs/week) at Fulton Bank, Drexel Hill, PA (Delaware County). No work on Sundays.
About This Role Provide an exceptional financial‑center customer experience by handling every customer need from service to sales with passion and enthusiasm. Deliver a one‑stop experience to fulfill all financial needs, from account opening to transaction processing, and deepen relationships to become a trusted advisor.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and according to bank policy.
Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques and utilize the CRM system and other resources to foster relationship‑building conversations and ensure a consistent approach to new customer onboarding and expanding existing relationships.
Provide ongoing support to customers regarding products and services, open new accounts, perform maintenance requests, and manage operational activities with flexibility between sales and teller transactions.
Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies while demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
Leverage practical knowledge of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent. (Required)
1+ years customer service or sales experience. (Required)
6–12 months cash‑handling experience. (Preferred)
Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate: $18.25 – $28.61.
