NUS – Key Accounts / Distributor Dealer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Key Accounts / Distributor Dealer Service Manager to join our team. This role is vital to maintaining smooth operations with our key customers and distribution partners by ensuring order fulfillment accuracy, data integrity, and excellent customer service. You’ll be the go-to person for handling key account operations in NetSuite, managing complex order workflows, solving problems quickly, and ensuring data accuracy across systems.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for key distributors and dealer accounts. Manage full-cycle order fulfillment, from entry to delivery, using NetSuite ERP. Monitor open orders, coordinate inventory availability, and ensure timely shipment. Troubleshoot order discrepancies, shipping issues, or billing problems with a solutions-oriented mindset. Maintain accurate customer, sales, and pricing records. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics, finance) to meet account needs. Analyze sales and fulfillment data to identify trends, gaps, or opportunities for improvement. Prepare and maintain Excel-based reports and dashboards to track KPIs and account performance. Ensure clean data across NetSuite and other platforms through regular audits and updates. Qualifications
3+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or operations—preferably in a wholesale or distribution environment. Proficiency in NetSuite (or similar ERP system) strongly preferred. Advanced Excel skills are a must (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data cleaning, etc.). Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving and communication abilities. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Nice to Have
Experience in consumer goods, sporting goods, or apparel industry. Familiarity with EDI workflows or distributor compliance requirements. Elastic or B2B software experience Company overview
