Job Description The Account Manager will be responsible for generating new business, expanding existing accounts, and providing value-added solutions to customers within a defined territory. This role combines prospecting, relationship management, and technical sales support to achieve revenue growth goals. Success in this role requires strong initiative, strategic thinking, and consistent follow-through with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new client relationships through cold outreach and referrals

Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular contact and solution-based selling

Present technical products and services tailored to customer needs

Support onboarding and ensure a smooth handoff to operational teams

Coordinate internally to meet client expectations and resolve issues

Track and manage leads, activity, and opportunities within CRM system

Conduct periodic in-person client visits and travel as needed within the region

Contribute to strategic sales planning and forecasting

Participate in campaigns to re-engage dormant accounts

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of sales experience

Demonstrated success in business development and client retention

Willingness to travel within Arizona and occasionally to New Mexico

Proficiency with CRM software and standard office applications

Self-starter who thrives in a remote or hybrid environment with minimal supervision

Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

Sales experience in manufacturing, electronics, or related technical industries

Experience with MS Dynamics

Uncapped commission plan
