The Opportunity Were seeking an experienced, relationship-driven
Key Account Manager
to join their U.S. team.
You'll be responsible for developing and managing partnerships with progressive dairies and distribution partners across key regions, with a particular focus on
Wisconsin and the Upper Midwest
the heart of U.S. dairy.

Key Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with major dairy producers and distributors
Provide consultative, value-driven sales and technical support to drive genetic progress
Conduct farm visits and herd evaluations to demonstrate program impact
Deliver presentations and training sessions for customers and partners
Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing and business growth strategies
Represent the company at key industry events and trade shows
Collect and share market insights to inform ongoing program development
About You You're passionate about the dairy industry and driven to make a real impact. You understand what progressive producers value health, productivity, and profitability and you know how to help them achieve it.
You might have grown up in dairy, studied animal science, or built your career in genetics, reproduction, or herd management. Most importantly, you combine credibility and technical understanding with the confidence to build relationships that last.
You'll be proactive, approachable, and motivated by the chance to represent a

You'll bring:
A background in Dairy or Animal Science (or equivalent practical experience)
36 years of experience in genetics, reproduction, or dairy herd management
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong commercial and technical understanding of modern dairy operations
Confidence to work independently and manage a large geographic territory
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and herd management tools (e.g., DairyComp, BoviSync, PCDART)
Willingness to travel extensively (up to 60%) ideally based in
Wisconsin or nearby states
Spanish language skills are an advantage.
