As a Lead Sales Associate, your primary job is to manage the studio and help people realize their own goals through our unique membership model of practitioner-assisted stretch.
Job Summary: As the Lead Sales Associate, you are the face of Stretch Zone and the leader within your studio! This role requires you to assist all members and guests as needed and establish a relationship to support member growth and retention while also managing a successful studio. The Lead Sales Associate (LSA) is responsible for the successful operations and financial accountability of all areas of the studio. First and foremost, the LSA’s primary responsibility is to drive membership sales within the studio as well as holding the Sales Associate to the same. Additionally, the LSA orchestrates the delivery of superior customer service, customer satisfaction, and performance relative to your studio’s revenue goals.
Duties of a Lead Sales Associate: Drive membership sales
to each guest who comes into Stretch Zone. Provide excellent customer service
by greeting everyone who comes through the door with a smile, scheduling all appointments, answering the phone, and addressing any member concerns. Lead and coach
your Sales Associates and hold them accountable for all daily operations and monthly goals. Drive member retention
by following the daily operation guides, great customer service, and consistent follow-ups. Lead by example
by going above and beyond what is asked of you and supporting and guiding your team daily. Track KPIs
so you understand how your studio is performing and assisting the General Manager in understanding and tracking all key sales metrics. Promote the value behind practitioner-assisted stretching
by hitting all sales goals, encouraging add-on sessions, and actively working to improve you and your Sales Associate’s sales skills. Protect the culture of Stretch Zone
by supporting team goals and building positive and professional relationships with all members and team members. Ensure operational excellence! Success in this Role: Universal mission:
