Position Title: Trauma Sales Representative
What You Will Do As a Trauma Sales Representative, you will work with a high degree of intensity and commitment to sell Stryker Trauma products that meet our customers’ needs. You will become the resident trauma expert, working with surgeons and healthcare professionals. Your role involves organizing materials, managing inventory, and providing product advice and training to build credibility and trust with surgeons, ultimately impacting lives by selling products that improve healthcare outcomes.
What You Need
Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role
3+ years of sales experience preferred
Knowledge of sales principles, marketing strategies, product demonstration, and sales techniques
Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in office technologies
Experience in building relationships with healthcare professionals and hospitals
Comfort in emergency/operating room environments
Willingness to attend meetings outside regular hours
Adherence to compliance, ethics, and confidentiality standards
This role is 100% commission, with bonuses and benefits
