Role Overview As a Senior Sales Advisor at TechDemocracy, you will be at the forefront of digital identity transformation, hunting sales within new large enterprise accounts across the USA. Your expertise in consultative selling and deep knowledge of cybersecurity services, particularly in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), and Security Transformation & Integration Services, will be pivotal in building strong client relationships and closing high‑value deals.
Key Responsibilities
Thought Leadership and Digital Identity Transformation:
Act as a thought leader in digital identity transformation, advising customers and representing TechDemocracy.
Bring industry insights into customer engagements to facilitate and close deals.
Consultative Selling of Cybersecurity Services:
Leverage your expertise in cybersecurity services to engage in consultative selling.
Focus on Identity and Access Management, GRC Services, Security Transformation, and Integration Services.
Operate independently to grow your sales territory using your existing network, demand generation leads, partner relationships, to win new sales opportunities.
Consistently meet or exceed the assigned annual sales quota target.
Strategic Partner Collaboration:
Work with key Identity software partners (e.g., Ping Identity, SailPoint, CyberArk, ForgeRock, Saviynt, Delinea, Okta etc) to drive complementary software resell and implementation services into key accounts in your assigned territory.
Identify opportunities to sell TechDemocracy's developed software solutions, providing customers with a holistic view of IT Risk Governance & Compliance/Audit and IT Risk Management.
Customer Account Development:
Develop and grow customer accounts, ensuring year‑over‑year revenue growth.
Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully closing six‑ to seven‑figure services deals.
Executive Presence and Client Engagement:
Engage with the C‑suite, demonstrating strong executive presence and excellent listening skills.
Operate as a self‑starter, providing detailed and up‑to‑date forecasting and key sales performance metrics to senior management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Revenue Generation:
Achievement of the annual sales quota target.
Client Engagement and Satisfaction:
High client retention rate and positive client feedback.
Successful entry into new markets and increased market share in existing markets.
Robust and growing sales pipeline.
Effective collaboration with strategic partners and channels to enhance sales success.
Qualifications
Minimum 10+ years of consistent employment within consultative sales, direct field sales roles, with a focus on driving new customer wins and regional development in the Enterprise IT space.
Extensive experience in the Identity Cybersecurity sector (IAM, IGA, PAM) and GRC.
Experience partnering with our software vendor partners.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding annual sales quota targets.
Experience in engaging with the C‑suite and demonstrating strong executive presence.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
