Job Responsibilities
Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
Develop and execute business plans aligned with assigned territory
Lead the sales cycle, including qualifying leads, presentations, and negotiations
Collaborate with marketing to create effective marketing plans and engage with partners
Maintain high levels of customer service and address unique inquiries with tailored solutions
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in technology or identity security
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and delivering results
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, for managing sales activities
Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time for business
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in IT, business, or a sales-related field
Familiarity with competitive products and services in the identity security space
Experience leading virtual teams to achieve sales goals
Strong understanding of marketing strategies and execution
Ability to create and present compelling sales proposals
